If you can't regain access to the email or phone number you used to sign up for Instagram, you'll need to log into Instagram and change the email or phone number on your profile with a new email account that you can access.

Your account is automating access to, or collecting information in an automated way without our permission. You may have provided your username and password to a third-party app or website (like apps that offer likes or followers on Instagram). You used an app or service to interact with Instagram in unauthorized ways.

If your Instagram account has been suspended, you'll be informed about it in an email and when you access your account in an app or web browser. We will also let you know whether you can appeal the suspension if you believe we made a mistake. After logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your appeal.
