The Lumen database collects and analyzes legal complaints and requests for removal of online materials, helping Internet users to know their rights and understand the law.

First of all, you need to find the content which was stolen from you. Then you should go to Google DMCA page to report the infringement. You would need to select the category: 'web search'. Then choose the appropriate options in your case.
