Solved: I am trying to send photos to a member here from my ebay messages. I keep getting the same error. See screenshot below. What is the problem?

I just set up my FTP so I can upload my inventory feeds but I'm not sure where I'm suppose to put my feed file. I tried putting it in the root folder.
